Prepared For Life
Redfield’s mission is founded on a belief that parents are the first and most important educators of their children. Our core responsibility is to support parents in this role. We try to foster this relationship in the very heart of the young men we educate.
Every Journey Begins With a Conversation.
We’d Love to Meet You.

Redfield College, Dural

At Redfield College, we prepare students to reach their potential and contribute meaningfully to society by promoting responsibility, scholarship, and respect for truth.

Committed Partner
Since 1982, Redfield College has been part of the Pared Foundation (Pared), a network of Independent Catholic schools born from a simple yet profound conviction: that parents are the first and most important educators of their children.
Inspired by the vision of Saint Josemaría Escrivá, Pared pioneered a personalised approach to schooling in Australia, placing the family at the very heart of education.
Today, Redfield continues this mission — preparing young men not just for success, but for lives of faith, leadership, and charity.

Character Education
Redfield’s Character Education program teaches students the meaning of virtues and how to apply them practically in their studies, play, and family life.
Virtues: Developing human virtues is a priority for fostering self-direction and strong character. Virtues are essentially good habits. Sincerity and generosity are some of the key virtues emphasised at Redfield.
Motto: Each fortnight, classes adopt a motto to try to live by. The Redfield College motto, Veritas Liberabit Vos (‘The truth will set you free’), reflects our focus on truth and freedom.
Mentorship: Mentors help students set goals to reinforce strategies for living out the virtues.
Family Environment: Families are encouraged to nurture virtues taken from school lessons by living them and reinforcing the messages at home.

1:1 Mentoring
At Redfield, every boy is paired with a dedicated mentor (member of staff) — a trusted guide who meets with him 1:1 every fortnight.
More than a check-in, it’s character education with a holistic focus and a lasting relationship built on encouragement, character growth, and personal leadership.
Your son will receive:
- Personalised guidance tailored to his strengths and goals
- A mentor who is part teacher, part coach, part friend
- Support for growth in faith, virtue, and resilience
- Ongoing encouragement to build real confidence
